On hearing the petition against the order of the Indore Collector, the Chief Justice issued the order in the hearing held in Jabalpur, the main bench of the MP High Court.
In view of the interests of the small traders and the general public, amend the order banning the sale of fruits, vegetables and groceries and issue a new order keeping in mind the interests of all.
The order passed after agreeing to the arguments made by advocate Abhinav Malhotra on the application made by advocate Chanchal Gupta.
